Lifeguard $21 per hour

Maintain constant surveillance of the pool, deck, and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety while enforcing all hotel and pool safety policies professionally. Respond quickly to water rescues and emergency situations, administering lifesaving techniques such as CPR and First Aid as needed. Inspect pool areas and equipment to identify hazards, report incidents to management, and keep the environment clean and orderly. Provide courteous assistance to guests and address their questions or concerns. Maintain required certifications, participate in training and safety drills, and assist with pool activities or special events as assigned. Work in and around the hotel pool area, subject to varying weather conditions, often during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
