Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as part of the LifeFlight Clarksville Ground EMS team, delivering ALS and Critical Care management in field and during interfacility transfers. Responsibilities include triage and transport of patients, effective handover to healthcare teams, and collaboration with EMS colleagues. Must hold EMT-Paramedic licensure, Tennessee driver's license with F endorsement, and have 0–1 year of relevant experience. Shifts are variable and may include night, weekend, and holiday coverage. Core capabilities emphasize patient assessment, medication management, airway and ventilator management, critical thinking, problem solving, and effective communication to ensure high-quality patient care across ages.

- LIC-Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic
- LIC-Tennessee Driver’s License - F Endorsement
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required)
