Lifecycle Supply Planner

Job Summary
Lead planning for critical product launches, transitions, and end-of-life phases by defining lifecycle strategy and optimizing end-to-end supply across New Product Introductions and cutover events. Proactively analyze supply gaps and inventory health to develop mitigation strategies for senior leadership, while serving as the primary liaison with Product Management, R&D, and Procurement to ensure seamless, cost-optimized regional launches. Define standardized best practices for phase-in and phase-out, coordinate Engineering Change Order execution to minimize write-offs, and champion the adoption of AI/ML tools and advanced analytics to drive fundamental improvements in the overall planning process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field
- At least 3-5+ years of progressive, direct experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Inventory Management
- Proven track record of owning and successfully executing large-scale NPI or Cutover programs
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influential communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Ability to defend and articulate complex, data-driven decisions to executive-level audiences
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using spreadsheets for data analysis and modeling
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Experience with Oracle Value Chain Applications or a similar advanced planning system
- Prior experience focusing specifically on New Product Introduction (NPI) or product lifecycle management
- Strategic lifecycle management, demand sensing, or S&OP support
- Experience applying AI tools to automate routine data consolidation, streamline manual reporting, and enhance daily planning efficiency
- Detail & process oriented
- Experience in building Tableau reports and dashboards
