Lifecycle Specialist in Time & Attendance responsible for expert guidance on employment law changes, handling family/sick leave and time-tracking across multiple jurisdictions, collaborating asynchronously with global teams, driving process improvements and automation, and maintaining accurate employee data while ensuring confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Time & Attendance management
- Strong background in employee lifecycle events and compliance across jurisdictions
- HR support and guidance on employment laws
- Excellent written and spoken English; business-level proficiency; additional languages a plus
- Aptitude for process automation and optimization
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk and G-suite
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, asynchronous, international remote environment
- Experience managing long-term sick leave or extended absence cases (preferred)
