Job Summary
Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions manages offboarding for Remote's external employees with focus on legal compliance and providing customer service; coordinates with internal stakeholders (HRIS, Payroll, Legal, Benefits) to ensure proper offboarding, terminations, and documentation; guides clients through workplace concerns, progressive discipline, and policy interpretation; collaborates on process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled HR solutions; role emphasizes international, multi-jurisdictional compliance, asynchronous collaboration, and remote work in APAC; reports to Manager Employee Lifecycle, Employee Relations & Transitions; base salary range $37,250–$83,800 USD; benefits include work-from-anywhere options, flexible PTO/hours, parental leave, stock options, learning budget, and home office budget.
