Job Summary
Lifecycle Specialist responsible for developing and maintaining optimal processes for the aftermarket parts portfolio, including integrating supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and dealer collaboration processes; identifying opportunities for performance improvements, building internal and external alliances, analyzing data to identify priorities, and supporting leadership with reporting. Role is 100% on-site in Morton, IL, with up to 10% travel; requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and strong data gathering/analysis, problem solving, and process-improvement capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Process Improvement: Understanding and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods and ability to maintains focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products and services.
- Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Knowledge of established standard operating procedures (SOP); ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational efficiency.
