Job Summary
Provide onsite troubleshooting assistance for automation technologies and install, replace, configure, and update control system equipment and software. Consult regarding the proper use, operation, and maintenance of Rockwell Automation products while assisting with predictive and preventive maintenance programs. Respond to customer needs ensuring swift and quality responses, and build collaborative relationships within the Field Service Engineering team. Travel as required to cover assigned regions across multiple US locations. This one-year to two-year Leadership Development Program includes formal classroom training, mentoring, and career planning to develop technical leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
- Permanent legal authorization to work in the US is required
- The ability to relocate every six months depending on opportunities and rotations
- Graduated in the past three years with a technically focused degree
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven experience collaborating with and leading others to achieve project goals
- The ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
