Lifecycle & Outreach Manager

Job Summary
Own email marketing and outreach strategy end-to-end, building automated flows across the trader lifecycle from welcome series to payout triggers. Write and oversee copy that matches our voice, manage segmentation for targeted delivery, and maintain sender reputation and list hygiene. Partner with Marketing and Content teams to align campaigns, run A/B tests on subject lines and send times, and track core metrics tied to business impact. Manage outreach beyond email where relevant as the channel mix evolves. This role requires a track record in fintech or high-volume transactional environments, strong analytical instincts, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-scaling startup culture.
Required Qualifications
- A track record of running email marketing and/or outreach programs
- Strong copywriting instincts
- Experience with email/marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or similar)
- Comfort with segmentation, list management, and deliverability best practices
- Genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture
- Sharp analytical instincts
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities across a small, fast-scaling company
- A thrive-in-chaos mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, trading, or another high-volume transactional email environment
- Experience managing deliverability issues or rebuilding sender reputation
- Familiarity with SMS or multi-channel outreach beyond email
- A track record of lifecycle flows that measurably moved retention or reactivation
