Job Summary
Lead and own CRM-driven customer engagement initiatives for US market across onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty lifecycles. Responsible for end-to-end campaign execution across channels (modals, in-app, push, email), configuring and analyzing journeys, and driving engagement improvements. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and leadership to ensure brand standards and measurable outcomes. Own generosity campaigns from setup through post-campaign analysis, and contribute insights to optimize efficiency and best practices across markets. Proficient use of tools like Braze, Amplitude, and Quick Suite to define segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization. Ensure compliance with US gambling, data protection, and privacy regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years CRM experience with end-to-end multi-channel campaigns
- Hands-on proficiency with Braze or similar CRM platforms
- Proven ability to manage campaigns across email, in-app, and push channels
- Experience in start-up or fast-paced environments
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytics to derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Independent, proactive work style with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and quality across outputs
