Job Summary
Execute and optimize lifecycle email, SMS, and subscription programs to support customer retention and lifetime value growth. This hands-on role involves building and managing automated flows (welcome/onboarding, education/product discovery, replenishment, cross-sell, win-back), managing segmentation based on customer behavior, and running experiments with A/B testing to drive measurable impact. Collaborate with the Lifecycle Manager to implement retention strategy, align campaigns with product launches, maintain list hygiene and deliverability, monitor engagement, conversion, and retention metrics, and surface insights through weekly/monthly dashboards and cohort analyses. Ideal candidate negotiates between execution and analytics, with experience in Shopify ecosystem and Klaviyo, and a data-driven mindset suitable for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, email, or retention marketing
- Experience with SMS platforms such as Klaviyo
- Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem
- Strong comfort with data and spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Curious and eager to learn advanced retention strategy
- Experience in DTC, CPG, beauty, or wellness is strongly preferred
