Job Summary

As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the systems that convert existing demand into qualified pipeline and customers, ensuring engaged prospects consistently convert into pipeline. This role is responsible for optimizing nurture programs, managing MQL to SQL conversion, and developing lifecycle flows that support Growth-led campaigns. Ideal candidates are expected to have 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in lifecycle or demand generation roles, and must possess strong analytical skills and an understanding of funnel metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in lifecycle, email, or demand generation roles
  • Experience building and optimizing nurture programs
  • Strong understanding of funnel stages and buyer journeys
  • Familiarity with segmentation, lifecycle automation, and email performance analysis
  • Ability to translate campaign engagement into conversion programs
  • Strong collaboration with RevOps or marketing operations teams
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with funnel metrics

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in SMB-focused SaaS
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools
  • Experience supporting ABM or partner campaigns with targeted lifecycle follow-up
