Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Lead the strategy and development of email, app push, and SMS campaigns for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, Hard Rock Stadium, and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. Manage planning and content, build campaigns using HubSpot, coordinate with the design/creative teams, track performance and share insights with key stakeholders, and coach the lifecycle team to promote innovation and growth. Collaborate with CRM and digital teams to ensure campaign objectives are clear, and deliver presentations to various departments as part of campaign planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- At least 4 years of email marketing experience, preferably within HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and developing a team of at least two direct reports
- Experience with Google Analytics and Attentive or other text messaging platform
- Experience with digital marketing campaign management in an agency or corporate setting
- Strong copywriting/communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Experience building campaigns and emails using HubSpot email builder and workflow automations
- Ability to coordinate with creative/design teams and present to stakeholders
