Job Summary
Build, launch, and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging using Braze for FOX One. Perform comprehensive QA on audience targeting, personalization logic, dynamic content, and delivery settings before launch. Support onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback journeys by creating automated customer segments and implementing behavioral triggers. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to coordinate assets, timelines, and approvals for feature launches and promotional initiatives. Monitor campaign health, troubleshoot delivery issues, and analyze performance metrics to optimize messaging and customer experiences. Maintain campaign calendars and contribute to operational best practices as FOX One scales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, email marketing, or digital marketing
- Experience working in subscription, streaming, media, sports, or entertainment businesses
- Hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns in Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, engagement, retention, re-engagement, and winback strategies
- Experience creating and managing audience segments using customer data, behavioral insights, and event-based triggers
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative platforms
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail, with demonstrated experience QA'ing marketing campaigns prior to launch
- Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across marketing, product, design, engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional teams
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, GA4, or Tableau
- Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week
- Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement
