Job Summary
Lifecycle Marketing Manager for CoCounsel Legal AI responsible for designing, testing, and scaling data-driven customer journeys across the full lifecycle—from onboarding and value realization in lower-market segments to expansion into upmarket use cases. Own end-to-end lifecycle journeys, design and optimize experiments across messaging, timing, channels, and experiences, and build segmented, persona-based programs. Lead multi-channel campaigns (email, in-product messaging, webinars, learning content, community touchpoints) and partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to align lifecycle programs with health signals and expansion triggers. Curate enablement content for AI adoption and growth, and co-own lifecycle measurement and reporting. Requires 8+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS, strong experimentation skills, hands-on use of marketing tech (Eloqua, Pendo, Salesforce), a data-driven mindset, and excellent cross-functional collaboration. Highlights include hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office) and a focus on balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or related fields
- Experience segmenting customers and scaling programs
- Strong experimentation mindset and track record of optimizing lifecycle journeys
- Hands-on experience with Eloqua, Pendo, Salesforce or similar tools
- Data-driven decision-making using product usage analytics
- Ability to collaborate across Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Operations
- AI-enabled approach to personalization and experimentation
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, digital customer success, or related roles within B2B SaaS
- Experience segmenting customers and scaling programs from lower-market adoption toward upmarket expansion
- Strong experimentation mindset with a track record of testing, learning, and optimizing lifecycle journeys
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology such as Eloqua, Pendo, Salesforce (SFDC), or similar marketing automation, in-product engagement, and analytics platforms
- Data-driven approach using product usage, customer behavior, and performance analytics to guide decisions
- Comfort operating in AI-enabled environments and enthusiasm for using AI to scale personalization and experimentation
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
