Job Summary

Execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing automations across email and app channels, managing campaign launches, product drops, and promotional activations. Develop creative briefs, build wireframes, coordinate QA/UAT, and oversee deployment from concept through launch. Partner with regional merchandising, marketing, and ecommerce teams to translate commercial priorities into CRM campaigns that drive revenue. Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities through testing and reporting, and contribute to experimentation initiatives improving engagement and conversion. Support regional email capture initiatives, CRM platform enhancements, and new automation capabilities while balancing regional business needs with global standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications or a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing
  • Experience building and deploying CRM campaigns and marketing automations using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign execution, triggered programs, segmentation, and QA
  • Highly skilled in Figma, HTML, CSS, and UX design
