Job Summary
Lifecycle Marketing Automations Lead responsible for directing lifecycle and transactional programs across acquisition, onboarding, retention, loyalty, and reactivation. Lead content strategy, design wireframing, QA/UAT, and experimentation to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention. Partner with Global CRM, Technology, Creative, and Omnichannel teams; leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MCP tools; implement personalization and testing ideas to maximize guest retention and omnichannel engagement. Ensure regionalized programs are delivered in supported languages, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Lead a team to execute optimization initiatives and support CRM migrations and marketing technology enhancements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years’ experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing; proficient in marketing automation platforms, HTML/CSS, and Figma; hybrid work arrangement based in North Vancouver, Canada. Compensation CAD$94,000 - CAD$124,000 (給与 range provided in CAD; role is a fixed-term contract through September 2027).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications or a related field
- 6+ years’ experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing
- Experience configuring/managing lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Figma, HTML, CSS, and UX design practices
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage projects and schedules
