Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day delivery of the email marketing calendar, overseeing build, testing, quality assurance, and scheduling to ensure accurate, on-brand campaign deployment. Coordinate campaign assets with Creative and Copy teams using Asana, while conducting thorough pre-send checks across links, content, segmentation, and personalisation. Support strategic initiatives including product launches and automated customer journeys across email, SMS, and direct mail channels. Carry out regular channel reporting to track performance metrics and identify trends for continuous optimisation. Actively explore AI tools to enhance workflows and maintain accurate campaign documentation. This 6-month FTC role sits within Trinny London, a rapidly growing beauty brand challenging people to rethink their routines.
Required Qualifications
- Proven CRM/ESP Foundation
- Demonstrable hands-on experience managing CRM/ESP platforms
- Experience within a premium beauty, lifestyle, or fast-paced DTC environment
