Job Summary
Lifecycle Communications Manager to join Mable on a full-time, 12-month contract. Responsible for creating clear, engaging, customer-focused communications across onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation journeys; own the campaign calendar; develop product positioning and messaging packs; write clear, concise, conversion-focused copy for email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging and digital campaigns; collaborate with Product, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency; translate complex product information into simple customer messaging; stay informed on digital engagement best practices and lifecycle marketing innovations; requires 5+ years of writing experience and strong copywriting/ storytelling skills across digital channels; hybrid workplace with locations in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne.
