Job Summary
LifeCafe Team Member at Life Time responsible for executing menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and sanitized cafe, and handling espresso drink orders. Leverages knowledge to respond to members with menu guidance and service suggestions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Requires ability to stand for extended periods, move around the cafe, bend to lift more than 20 lbs, and obtain CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
