Job Summary
Execute food, shake, and beverage orders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining recipe accuracy and speed of service standards. Respond to member questions, make service suggestions, and ensure the cafe remains clean and sanitized. Requires ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods, including routine bending to lift over 20 lbs. CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire. This role supports Life Time's ecosystem of over 160 athletic country clubs, empowering members to live healthier lives through comprehensive well-being offerings.
