Job Summary
LifeCafe-Supervisor overseeing daily shift operations at Life Time LifeCafe; leads shift, adjusts schedules based on traffic, ensures high-quality customer and team support, monitors food quality and speed of service, provides promotion/disciple recommendations to Manager, oversees light food prep, and handles member inquiries; requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED within 30 days, and ServeSafe within 60 days; 1–2 years of supervisor/manager experience in high-volume food service or retail preferred; night/weekend availability based on business needs.
