Job Summary
Execute food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner according to recipe and speed of service standards. Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to members' questions, make suggestions regarding food and service, and execute espresso drink orders in a fast-paced environment. Maintain cleanliness in a busy cafe and ensure a sanitized workspace. CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire. Must be able to stand and move about the cafe for prolonged periods and frequently bend to lift more than 20 lbs. This hourly role offers wages starting at $15.00 and up to $18.00 based on experience; it includes a comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members and other company-wide programs.
Required Qualifications
