Job Summary
LifeCafe-Server provides exceptional customer service at the Life Time LifeCafe pool deck, taking and delivering accurate food and drink orders, answering questions, presenting menus, and making recommendations. Responsibilities include taking orders from members/customers in assigned stations, relaying information to the kitchen, delivering items, ensuring cleanliness of the area, and processing payments. Requires 1+ year restaurant experience, ServSafe and CPR/AED certifications within specified timelines, ability to lift 20+ lbs, and ability to stand/walk for extended periods. Wage is hourly, starting at $15.00 and up to $18.00 based on experience. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience working in a restaurant with a fast casual or full service experience
- ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
