Job Summary
As the Principal of the Life & Wealth Management Strategy team, you will be responsible for delivering wealth management propositions, supporting business strategies, and developing and executing sales & marketing events and campaigns. Key responsibilities include driving proposition strategies for growth, leading communication campaigns, managing strategic projects related to High Net Worth (HNW) business and Unit Linked business (ULB), and providing coaching to your team. Required qualifications include a university degree, a minimum of 8 years of sales & marketing experience, a strong understanding of insurance products, and excellent communication and project management skills.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate
- Minimum 8 years sales & marketing and event management experience
- Strong experience in channel marketing and communications to sales intermediaries
- Sound knowledge on insurance products and wealth management solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven project management experience
- Customer service focus
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
