Job Summary
Deliver personalized massage therapy sessions for members, assess clients' needs, educate on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments, and promote repeat business. Build and maintain client relationships, remain current on certifications and industry trends, and help maintain a clean, professional LifeSpa environment. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid Massage Therapy License; proficient in muscle analysis, session design around guest needs, and ability to work within a team to provide a superior experience. Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds and handle basic calculations related to discounts or commissions.

- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
