Job Summary
Lead Artist responsible for delivering high-caliber beauty services and serving as a leadership example for LifeSpa technicians. Responsibilities include hiring and coaching LifeSpa team, managing inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor management; greeting guests and ensuring a superior guest experience; delivering expert beauty analysis and maintenance regimens; driving service and retail education within Life Time; modeling a positive, collaborative work environment; staffing, recruiting, and optimizing schedules; managing weekly inventory and payroll for hourly and commissioned team members; leading monthly team meetings and weekly 1-to-1s. Requires strong presentation, technical ability, relationship-building skills, and 5+ years of technical experience; high school diploma or equivalent; appropriate state/county/city licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to perform minor lifting
- Strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent
- Years of Experience: 5 or more years of technical experience
- Licenses / Certifications / Registrations: Appropriate State/County/City Licenses
- Leadership experience: 1 to 2 years of Salon/Spa Leadership experience (preferred)
