Job Summary
Provide direct client support and crisis intervention within the Life Skills/Recovery program; facilitate and document psychotherapy groups; develop and monitor Recovery Support Plan goals with participants every 60 days; promote daily living, coping, and life skills; conduct incident documentation, census data entry, and collaboration with partner agencies; oversee maintenance tasks and program documentation; ensure accuracy of MARs and shift notes; require valid driver’s license and 2 years of social service experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two years of experience in the social service field
- CPRP
- CPS
- WRAP trained
- Valid drivers license
