Job Summary
Life Skills Practitioner - Adult Service involved in supporting adults with autism to develop life, domestic and community skills within Rowanlea House. The role requires delivering person-centred support to tenants, promoting wellbeing, ensuring health and safety, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to care plans and risk assessments. The position involves working across a rolling rota including early, late, and weekend shifts, with duties spanning communication support, behavioural management, and assisting tenants to re-learn or maintain daily living skills while collaborating with a small team in a housing-with-support setting.
Required Qualifications
- Registration with the Scottish Social Service Council (SSSC) and adherence to its Codes of Practice.
