Job Summary
Facilitate 17 hours weekly of 1:1 instruction with assigned youth caseloads to support Transition/Independent Living goals based on service level needs assessments. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork per AAI guidelines and update client team members according to approved program descriptions. Represent Valley Youth House professionally at court hearings, professional meetings, and public events while working a hybrid schedule that includes evenings. Requires an associate's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of youth case management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to safely transport clients.
Required Qualifications
- An associate's degree in Social Work or related field
- If the degree is in an unrelated field then the candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in the social services field
- One or more years experience working with youth and young adults or providing case management services
- A valid driver's license
- a motor vehicle report that meets agency requirements
- reliable transportation that can safely transport clients if needed
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule that includes evenings
- Ability to complete the pre-employment physical and drug test requirements
