Job Summary
Coach clients on independent living skills like cooking, budgeting, and hygiene while encouraging individuals with developmental disabilities to build confidence. Create and organize weekly goals and schedules, then document progress through case notes and quarterly reports. Spend 90% of your time in the field with clients and 10% on admin, collaborating with program managers and regional coordinators. Requires a valid driver's license, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and ability to work Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm. Earn $22 per hour with full medical and life insurance sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Able to work and commute in and around the Sunnyvale, Mountain View, & North Santa Clara areas
- Able to pass a background check
- Computer literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry
- Monday - Friday schedule
- 9am to 7pm shift
- Day shift
- Occasional Saturday availability
