Encourage positive relationship building, provide Community Living Supports in community, consumer homes, and facility-based settings, and assist with transportation and participation in community activities. Deliver personal care and assistance with activities of daily living while role modeling and training appropriate behaviors to help individuals achieve independence. Requires a valid Michigan driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and CPR/First Aid certification. Required Qualifications
