Job Summary
Provide direct educational, vocational, and living-skills support to individuals with disabilities and adaptive needs under supervision. Implement objectives from individual support plans, assist with daily routines (feeding, grooming, attire, hygiene, restroom needs), facilitate group and individual instruction, transport participants to activities as needed, and participate in safety and program trainings. Maintain progress notes, ensure documentation of time worked, and support participants in independent/interdependent living and vocational skills. Requires ability to lift 50-80 pounds, a valid CA driver’s license, and willingness to complete CPR/First Aid training; flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time opportunities in multiple LA-area locations. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Valid California driver’s license
- Auto insurance
- Good DMV record
