Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end client advisory by building financial plans with brokerage products, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities to align with client goals. Triage client requests and make referrals to internal service providers based on asset thresholds, while mitigating risk and providing coaching to partners. Engage potential new clients through referrals and financial center clientele, demonstrating expert knowledge of investments and regulatory policies. Manage the full client lifecycle from initial relationship establishment to ongoing care, ensuring clear expectations and smooth experiences. Requires Series 7 and Series 66 licenses; 1-2+ years financial advisory experience. 1st shift, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Series 7
- Series 66 or equivalent (if not currently held, Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days)
- Minimum of 1-2+ years financial advisory or investment experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Passion for excellence and willingness to work to exceed client expectations by communicating effectively and confidently while engaging all clients
- Ability to have, meaningful, consultative conversations with clients to uncover needs and help them towards achieving multiple life priorities and goals
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and processes
- Required to register with the federal registry system (SAFE Act registration)
- Required to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree (business related discipline strongly preferred), or 1-2 years relevant work experience
