Job Summary
Manage clinical education and quality improvement projects for health systems while serving as a liaison to life science partners. Interfacing with customers to keep initiatives on schedule, develop detailed work plans, and produce status reports and case studies. Provide technical support in precision medicine and genomics by collaborating with the data science team to solve problems and deliver new platforms. Contribute thought leadership on gene expression and rare disease research to align solutions with OncoLens informatics strategy. Manage practice relationships to foster additional project adoption and support the commercialization of technologies with clinical trial and oncology teams.
Required Qualifications
- Possess at least 5 years of total work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- US Employment eligability
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with healthcare data, particularly oncology
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI
- Experience with Quality Improvement Methodologies, Root Cause Analysis, Plan Do Act Study methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, write reports, and evaluate new start proposals
- Experience in precision medicine or genomics
- Passionate about innovation and driven to make a real impact on human health
- Strong understanding of clinical data and informatics
- Strong familiarity with Electronic Medical Record platforms
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and deadlines
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Experience working on multiple work streams
- Ability to execute within established timeline
- Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities smoothly and professionally
- Comfortable interacting with hospital leadership and physicians
