Job Summary
Lead and manage life sciences product development and commercialization programs for Isolere Bio (a division of Donaldson), guiding projects from inception through implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners, and driving process improvements and PM best practices. This role requires hybrid work at the Durham, NC office, up to 10% travel, and strong leadership in stage-gate development, risk management, stakeholder communication, and continual improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences or related field
- 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in product development for Life Sciences supplier sector
- 3+ years of leading multiple projects and teams across a matrixed organization
- Experience with stage gate product development and product commercialization processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse leaders, managers, and subject matter experts
- Ability to balance long-term and short-term decision implications
- Excellent critical thinking and conflict management skills
