Job Summary
Lead and deliver high-impact MedTech and life sciences supply chain transformation engagements for global client organizations as a Manager at Accenture. Coordinate and coach diverse, global teams to execute complex programs leveraging AI and data/analytics, set strategy, manage senior client relationships, and drive value through end-to-end delivery. Drive sales origination and project delivery in MedTech supply chain and manufacturing, develop offerings in areas like field inventory management, software-defined factories, and demand-driven planning, and contribute to business development and asset creation. Travel up to 75% to client locations and mentor teams to achieve world-class delivery across technology, management consulting, and Data/AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences management consulting or industry in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or related areas
- Experience leading consulting projects or internal consulting in project-based roles
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading teams, mentoring, people development
- Experience selling or delivering business and technology transformations in MedTech or Life Sciences supply chain
