Job Summary
Life Science Recruiter role to source, identify, qualify and deliver candidates for an assigned client group including senior-level positions; partner with Sales Managers to clarify job specifications and develop recruitment strategies to support current hiring needs and future growth; establish and build relationships across the business; identify, engage, and create pipelines of external talent; manage candidate activity within the Bullhorn CRM and engage in direct sourcing to deliver a diverse slate of candidates; aggressive comp structure with uncapped commission; medical, dental, 401K participation; training and career development; casual and collaborative environment; employee referral bonus program; paid time off; work-life balance; flexible workspace setting.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
