Job Summary
Responsibilities include: Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database; engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products; identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products; provide excellent customer service and maintain retention. Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85; after training, full-time agents meeting sales goals earn between $86,200 and $105,300 annually, with uncapped commission opportunities. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Sales experience preferred
- Successful completion of background check, credit check, and drug screen
