Job Summary
Make daily warm sales calls from the large membership database and engage with members walking into branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products. Identify the financial needs of members and translate the importance and benefits of Life insurance products. Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention. Complete a Life Insurance License and meet monthly goals. 100K+ earning potential with uncapped commissions, paid vacation, and no overhead costs. Required Qualifications
- Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Have computer experience and good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
Desired Qualifications
- Sales experience is highly preferred
- College Degree a plus
- Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
- Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
