Job Summary
Sell AAA Life Insurance products to members using warm leads; make daily sales calls from a large membership database and engage with members walking into branches to discuss products. Identify members' financial needs and translate the importance and benefits of life insurance, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining retention. Strong emphasis on communication, licensing readiness, and a proactive, sales-driven approach to meet monthly goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer experience and good organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive sales drive
- Sales experience preferred
- Prior insurance industry experience a plus but not required
