Job Summary
Conduct daily warm sales calls from the membership database and engage with members at branch walk-ins to discuss AAA Life Insurance products. Identify financial needs, translate insurance benefits, and provide excellent customer service to maintain retention. Make 100K+ in earning potential with uncapped commissions, paid vacation, and no overhead costs. Complete training and licensing, qualify for a Life Insurance License, and meet monthly goals. High School Diploma required; college degree a plus. Auto Club Enterprises, the largest club within the national AAA federation, serves 18 million members across 24 states.
Required Qualifications
- Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Have computer experience and good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- College Degree a plus
- Sales experience is highly preferred
- Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
- Career-minded, service-driven individual
