Job Summary
Life Sales Agent position selling AAA Life Insurance products to members using warm leads from a large membership database and engaging with members in branches. Responsibilities include daily warm sales calls, identifying members' financial needs, translating benefits of life insurance, and providing excellent customer service to drive retention. Qualifications include strong written and verbal communication, computer skills, self-motivation, and a proactive sales drive; Life Insurance licensing qualification is required or can be pursued. Training and licensing are provided; base hourly pay with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package are offered. Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required; background, credit, and drug screening are completed as part of the process. Location is Wentzville, MO, with full-time employment and onsite work.
