Conduct daily warm sales calls from the membership database and engage with members entering branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products. Identify financial needs, translate product benefits, and provide excellent customer service to maintain retention. Complete required background, credit, and drug screening, then qualify for a Life Insurance License. Start at an hourly rate of $28.85 with uncapped commissions and earn between $86,200 and $105,300 annually after meeting sales goals. Required Qualifications
- Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
- Have computer experience and good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
Desired Qualifications
- Sales experience highly preferred
- College Degree a plus
- Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
