Job Summary
Make daily warm sales calls from the large membership database and engage with members walking into branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products. Identify the financial needs of members and translate the importance and benefits of Life insurance products while providing excellent customer service and maintaining retention. Complete background, credit check, and drug screen requirements. This role offers 100K+ earning potential with uncapped commissions, paid vacation, and training for those committed to building a profitable business within Auto Club Enterprises.
Required Qualifications
- Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
- Have computer experience and good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
Desired Qualifications
- College Degree a plus
- Sales experience highly preferred
- Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
- Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
