Job Summary
Conduct daily warm sales calls from the membership database and engage with members entering branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products. Identify financial needs of members, translate the importance and benefits of life insurance, and provide excellent customer service to maintain retention. Complete background, credit check, and drug screen requirements, and obtain a Life Insurance License. Start at an hourly rate of $28.85, with full-time agents meeting sales goals earning between $86,200 and $105,300 annually. Uncapped commissions are available when exceeding monthly goals.
Required Qualifications
- Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
- Have computer experience and good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- College Degree a plus
- Sales experience highly preferred
- Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
- Career-minded, service-driven individual
