Job Summary
Protect employees, visitors, contractors, patients, and all properties of PPMW while providing high level customer service. Responsibilities include patrolling the Health Center and grounds, managing visitor sign-in and badges, enforcing access-control procedures, responding to incidents, maintaining surveillance, assisting with evacuations and emergencies, keeping the reception area orderly, writing detailed incident reports, monitoring visitor movement and ensuring authorized access, and supporting courteous, professional interactions with staff and guests. Requires minimum high school diploma and 3 years in security or related fields; valid driver's license; ability to lift 80 lbs; proficiency with basic PC/Microsoft Office; strong communication and customer-service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, military and customer service highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to provide own reliable transportation to get to/from work and other PPMW sites.
- Moderate knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office software desired.
- Must be able to lift 80lbs, and handle extensive walking, pushing, bending etc.
