Job Summary
Conduct active sales and upselling by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products while representing the Life brand professionally. Participate in product and sales training to deliver world-class service, ensuring the store remains welcoming and inspiring for customers seeking health support. Maintain continuous awareness of sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment where the team inspires and supports each other. This role involves a fast-paced sales culture within Nordens largest health chain, offering access to the Life Academy for health and sales training along with product discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work a fixed position with approximately 4 hours per week
- Must be able to start after agreement at a Life store at Sørlandssentret
- Must be able to actively work with sales and upselling by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
- Must be able to represent the Life brand in a professional and caring manner
- Must be able to participate in product and sales training to deliver world-class service
- Must be able to keep themselves continuously informed about our sales goals
- Must be able to contribute to a positive work environment where we inspire and support each other
- Must be able to ensure the store is always welcoming and inspiring for our customers
- Must be able to work as an energetic and results-oriented seller ready to take on our most important role
