Job Summary
Lead a high-profile, enterprise-wide transformation program focused on redesigning customer experiences and delivering outcome initiatives for the Life Moments team. Create and execute an integrated roadmap across remediation, journey uplift, and operational change while establishing governance and delivery disciplines. Drive senior stakeholder engagement across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure sustainable future-state operating models. Coach and lead a team of experts to achieve program outcomes in complex, ambiguous environments. This 12-month fixed term role requires extensive experience in large-scale business change and strong stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications

- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capability
