Job Summary
M&A Support Specialist (Life Insurance Transfer Coordinator) responsible for coordinating transitions of insurance books of business, including agent-of-record changes and book-of-business transfers, reviewing carrier-specific requirements, vesting and commission ownership, and ensuring licensing/appointments are in place. Analyze advisor distribution models (BD/IMO/hybrid) to determine transition paths; manage DTCC feeds, commissions, trails, and revenue reconciliation; act as liaison between advisors, carriers, BD/RIA partners, and Vanbridge teams; help develop standardized processes and playbooks for future integrations; provide guidance on transition impacts and actions with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
