Job Summary
Conduct live inbound insurance calls handling customer inquiries for life insurance solutions, with an average of 8–10 calls per day. No cold calling required. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturday hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Utilize comprehensive onboarding and ongoing sales coaching while mastering product knowledge in Final Expense, Indexed Universal Life, and Annuities. Requires an active Life Insurance License and strong communication skills. Located in Buckhead, Atlanta's Financial District.
Required Qualifications
- Active Life Insurance License
- Resident and non-resident licenses in multiple states

- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (rotating schedule)
Desired Qualifications
- Proven success in insurance, outside sales, or retail sales with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual candidates
- Knowledge of life insurance products
- Experience with health, property & casualty, or commercial insurance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Working knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
